I hope you find this useful, birth plans are a great start to you getting to think about what you want and don't want when you are in labour.

Discussing your plan with your birth partner is good way to explore your wishes and have back up plan A, B, C in case your birth changes course during labour. That way your birth partner will know how to act as your advocate on your big day.

Your plan can also be used as a conversation tool with your healthcare team to increase understanding of your wishes.

I recommend you have this completed by 37wks gestation.
